Availability
We are usually able to ship most orders within one or two business days. However, while we keep a good stock of the most popular items on hand we cannot avoid running out of items from time to time! Some sizes or patterns may have to be imported specially. We air freight from Europe frequently but a delay of two or three weeks may occur. We will give you an estimate of the shipping date when you place your order.
Shipping
We ship from Toronto usually by express or standard parcel post with appropriate insurance. We use UPS or FEDEX on request. We charge for shipping at cost. Delivery in the Toronto area is free.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, VISA and AMEX.
Taxes
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added to shipments within Canada. Ontario Sales Tax (PST) will be added to shipments within Ontario.
